This is a tutorial I've made for the *AnimeVectorArtists club to clear up and issue with my latest piece Flight of the Parasols.
Since my vector program is still new and many vector artists are not familiar with it, I made this tutorial on how I made the clouds using the 'live effects' in Microsoft Expression Design. Flight of the Parasols is a 100% vector file with no rasterization and this tutorial shows how to make the clouds utilizing the 'live effects.'
